Throughout the process Pam, showed up joyfully with optimism every time. Even the houses on the way lower end of our price range got her full attention. When it came to bidding and negotiating- Pam gave great advice, followed through with every request, and honestly conveyed information. Five months of particular searching, and six bids later, we're HOME. She got us 12 of the 15 items on our dream list!! (We can live without an Aspen tree.) Pam made all the arrangements for the grass to be cut, the strange hole to be fixed, and our locks to get changed too! It was refreshing to work with someone who knew all about home remodeling, getting what you pay for, and turning a house into a home.
